DESCRIPTION: Cords are composed of multi-conductor 23 AWG 21/36 soft tinned copper for a longer
flex life. Cords are jacketed in either TPR, or special vinyl -Byronä- formulation for a long service  
life.  These cords are suitable for communication equipment, such as ham operations, head sets,
radio equipment, telephone car carriers, etc.   300V working,  1 AMP carrying capacity. 
Nominal conductor  resistance .022 Ohms per linear foot.,  .165 Ohms per retracted foot.

Our cords will extend to approximately six times their retracted length & will return to their original
shape and length, when they are released. Retractile cords eliminate tangles, twists, knots.

DESCRIPTION: An industry standard 62.5MM Simples glass fiber inner core, with an Acrylate Fiber
coating, a 900UM diameter elastomeric buffered optical fiber, a Kevlar covering for strength, and
a flame retardant Black PU jacket overall.  This fiber optic retractile cord is designed for long-life
extension/retraction applications.  We put this cable on slightly oversized mandrels to achieve
longer (11 to 1) retraction/extension ratios.

A 10" retracted cord will extend to approximately 10Ft., a 16" cord to approximately 16Ft., & a 23"
retracted cord will extend to approximately 22Ft.,  all with 6" straight ends cut blunt for custom
termination's.
